PTO Calendar Notification
Steps:
Enter your name for the event subject and the type of time off you’ll be taking or the time you’ll be leaving the office if taking a partial day.
Enter the PTO Start Day on the calendar dropdown.
Enter the PTO End Date on the calendar dropdown. If taking a single day, use the same date for Start and End.
If cancelling a previous PTO submission select “Yes”, note the previous steps must match exactly to the original submission.
If you need to submit another PTO event, select “submit another response” after submitting the first one.
NOTE: You must still submit your PTO requests through Paylocity for approval. The above process is for adding your PTO schedule to all company calendars only.
