HPR Manual Entry

The HPR Manual Time Entry tool is an optional, internal resource designed to support more complete Holistic Productivity Reporting (HPR).

It can be used to record legitimate work that may not be captured automatically through computer activity, phone systems, or calendar meetings—such as planning, research, informal collaboration, or other off-system work.

Important notes:

  • Use is optional

  • Entries are additive only and labeled as Manually Reported Time

  • This tool does not replace automated HPR data

  • It is not a timekeeping, punch-clock, or HR tracking system

  • Entries should be factual, work-related, and concise

The goal is accuracy and fairness in reporting, especially for roles where meaningful work may not always appear in system logs.

Including a clear duration helps ensure accurate reporting.
